Welcome to Direct Seafood. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website ("Site") and the services we offer. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. SITE OWNERSHIP AND PLATFORM

This website is operated by Direct Seafood and hosted on the Shopify platform. Shopify Inc. provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your use of this Site is also subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service and policies.

2. USE OF THE SITE

You agree to use our Site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the Site in any way that could damage the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of it. We reserve the right to terminate your access if we determine that your use violates these Terms.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Shopify’s user account tools manage your passwords and access settings securely.

4. PRODUCTS AND ORDERING

All products listed are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Order processing, inventory, and shipping are managed through Shopify’s system. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email. If there are any issues with fulfillment, we will contact you via the email address provided.

5. PAYMENT

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, major credit cards, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify’s PCI-compliant infrastructure.

6. SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy and Return Policy pages for specific terms. Shipping is available within the United States. Due to the perishable nature of seafood, all returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you enroll in a subscription service, you agree to recurring charges based on your selected delivery interval. Subscription management is available through your Shopify account or by contacting customer service.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site—including logos, text, graphics, product descriptions, and photos—is owned by Direct Seafood or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party apps and services (such as analytics, shipping software, or loyalty tools) integrated via Shopify. We are not responsible for the content or performance of these services but make efforts to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Direct Seafood shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Site or products. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
