Direct Seafood is partnered with FedEx to provide premium nationwide delivery, bringing the ocean’s finest straight to your door. Using rigorous cold‑chain shipping standards, we work to ensure every order remains frozen, quality‑controlled, and full of flavor from our facility to your home or business.

Shipping Rates and Order Requirements

Minimum Order Requirement

To help frozen products maintain safe temperatures during transit, a minimum order value of $99.00 is required for all shipped orders.

Shipping Cost

All qualifying orders of $99.00 or more receive free nationwide shipping within the eligible delivery areas described below.

Delivery Areas and Service Restrictions

To preserve product safety and quality, shipping is limited as follows:

  • Eligible Delivery Zones: Shipping is available to residential and business addresses within the continental United States.

  • Excluded Regions: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, as transit times may exceed the safe holding window for frozen seafood.

  • P.O. Boxes: Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available. All shipments must be directed to physical addresses where FedEx can complete standard delivery.

Shipping Schedules and Transit Times

To reduce the risk of seafood sitting in a carrier facility over a weekend, Direct Seafood ships orders Monday through Wednesday only, using FedEx Ground and Express services.

  • Orders placed Monday through Wednesday before 12:00 PM EST typically ship within 24–48 hours.

  • Orders placed Wednesday after 12:00 PM EST through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Once your shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email with your FedEx tracking number. Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days from the ship date, depending on destination and service level. Please monitor your tracking information and plan to retrieve your package promptly on the day of delivery.
