Giveaway Rules & Details

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited.
Entry period: Direct Seafood launches a new giveaway every month. Each giveaway runs through 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the month, with a new giveaway beginning the following month.
How to enter:
- Instagram entry: Follow @directseafoodusa, like the official August giveaway post, and tag at least two friends in the comments on that post.
- Website entry: Complete and submit the entry form on this page with your name, email address, and Instagram username, and agree to these rules.
- Limit one website entry per person; social media entries may be limited to one per person per platform (you can adjust if you want to allow multiple comment entries).
Prize: One winner will receive a $200 in seafood products from directseafood.com (approximate retail value: $200). Prize is subject to product availability and shipping restrictions. No cash alternative.
Winner selection: One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner notification: The potential winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and/or by email within 5 business days after the end of the entry period. The winner must respond within 72 hours or another winner may be selected.
General conditions: By entering, you agree that Direct Seafood may contact you at the email address provided regarding this giveaway and future promotions, in accordance with our privacy policy. Direct Seafood reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined in its sole discretion.
